Multi-Comfort House

The ISOVER Multi-Comfort House is a construction concept for new buildings and renovation which fits for residential and non-residential buildings and can be applied in all climatic zones. It allows great flexibility in building design and it is compatible with all types of constructions: massive or light-weight, onside or pre-fabricated. Furthermore it is achievable with reasonable costs and economically viable due to its very high energy savings and reduced need for maintenance. The Movie is showing how to renovate a house in order to achieve the Multi-Comfort House level (including Passive House Standard requirements).
The construction was insulated using the latest ISOVER generation 032 sustainable insulation materials. The entire structure was made airtight and protected against moisture using ISOVER VARIO system.

Multi-Comfort House Limoges/France Movie

The movie is showing the construction of the first residential project complying with ISOVER Multi-Comfort House level (including Passive House Standard requirements) in France.
In order to achieve the annual energy demand for space heating and cooling of less than 15 kWh/m2, the house, a timber frame construction, has been thermaly insulated using ISOVER Isoconfort while for air tightness and moisture protection it was used VARIO KM Duplex UV membrane.
